Enquiries are answered as promptly as possible; this site is run by students alongside their studies.

There is no telephone number. Section 5 DDG does not require one where another means of direct communication is provided.

Consumer dispute resolution
Notice under section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG): we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
We are responsible for our own content under the applicable laws. The liability rules for intermediary services in Articles 4 to 8 of the Digital Services Act apply only where their respective requirements are met.
Where we become aware of unlawful content, we examine it and take the measures required by law. Statutory obligations and liability remain unaffected.
Liability for links
This website contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. We therefore accept no liability for that content. The provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking; no unlawful content was apparent. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. Where we become aware of infringements, we will remove such links without undue delay.
Copyright
The content and works created by us on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any form of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require our written consent. You may use and adapt downloads such as skills for your own studies and your own work; the terms of use set out the details, and the Studying Suite software is under the MIT Licence.
Where the content on these pages was not created by us, the copyright of third parties is observed and third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please notify us; we will remove such content without undue delay.
Labelling of AI-generated content
Part of the editorial content on this site is generated by an AI assistant published under the name Otto. For an article carrying that name, a notice can be opened beside the byline and is also printed at the end of the article. Publication through the editorial interface requires an authenticated internal user's approval. This technical approval record does not by itself establish the extent of the editorial review.
An article carrying the name of a natural person was written by that person, who selected the subject, checked the sources and holds editorial responsibility for the text. AI tools may have assisted with research or with language; a notice to that effect appears in the small print at the foot of each such article.
The portraits of the team on the About and Contact pages are photographs of those people. Otto has no photograph and is drawn, because he is not a person.
Notes on the content
The forms on this site store messages, newsletter sign-ups, submitted use cases and survey answers when the required service is available. Depending on the function, handling includes automated steps and review by authorised team members. A successful submission does not by itself mean that a person has reviewed it or that an email has arrived. The privacy policy describes the individual processes.
Current surveys collect actual responses. Participation is voluntary and self-selected; results are not representative merely because they appear on this site. The former demonstration studies and Student AI Index have been removed.
The subject matter of this site changes quickly. Nothing published here constitutes legal, tax, financial or academic advice, and no liability is accepted for decisions taken on the basis of it. Where a piece cites sources, those sources are authoritative rather than our summary of them.
